What will you be doing?
We are looking for a backend developer who is not scared to tackle some frontend as well.
- Prototype and develop the various components of our platform.
- Enforce quality through test-driven development
- Translate requirements in a robust, performant and secure technical solution
What do you bring to the table?
We need a developer with several years of experience, who is used to working independently and who knows PHP or can quickly pick it up. Someone with drive, who speaks his/her mind & has a sense of humor will fit in like a glove!
- You have in-depth knowledge of web technologies and API development
- Knowledge of PHP. Laravel/Symfony is a plus
- Good understanding of database design concepts
- Creative and able to solve problems in innovative ways
- If you don’t speak Dutch, you’re at least fluent in English
- Ability to handle the pressure and flexibility of a young company
What will you get in return?
You’ll join a startup (7 people) that has obtained capital and is ready for the next level. You’ll be working alongside the technical founding partner, Jeroen, who has developed most of the code so far. Already in production at major worldwide brands, the Twegos software will give you international exposure, while working from your home office.
50- 70K/year gross + possibility of company car. Alternatively, a long-term freelancer could be considered.
Twegos is an HR Analytics Company that delivers quantifiable insights into your company culture and calculates culture fit of candidates and employees. These insights are then correlated through data science with business data and used by the CFO or CHRO to reduce operating costs and optimize the recruitment process.
The AI-enabled technology was developed by thought leaders in organizational science and is in use at multinationals like DHL, Bridgestone and Stanley Black & Decker.
