In 2020 we wanted to expand / double our team in Bulgaria and we were faced with the challenge "how are we going to do this?" At the time, we only had a location in picturesque Lovech and little to no reach to potential employees. Not really a great starting position to come up with a good plan to achieve our goals. An changed that! With her enthusiasm, honesty, knowledge and feet on the ground in Bulagrije, An is a fantastic recruitment partner with whom we started building at a rapid pace. In addition to recruiting candidates, she advised us in determining a second location in Bulgaria (Plovdiv) and she coached our team members in selecting new colleagues. At the end of 2020, we were able to double our team with great new colleagues and we couldn't have done this without An's help. An can certainly expect another call from us at the next recruiments sprint ;)
