Turbos Hoet bg is part of TH Group, the largest commercial vehicle dealer network in Europe, present in 11 European countries.

Our organization is rapidly expanding in Eastern- and Western Europe, whereby the IT support department (active in Belgium, Bulgaria and Romania) plays an important part. Today we have an IT team of 5 in Bulgaria (1 support person and 4 people for master data)

To reinforce its offices in Bozhurishte (West Sofia), Turbos Hoet is looking for an experienced IT System Administrator

Responsibility:

• You are the direct point of contact for all kinds of IT questions, but also someone who helps with internal projects or takes ownership of some projects.
• You provide remote support for users in Bulgaria (4 sites), Belgium and France
• You register events and problems together with their resolution in our ticket system.
• You identify and suggest possible improvements to procedures.
• You take care of user administration (Microsoft AD, Exchange)
• You install and configure computer hardware, software, systems, networks and devices.
• You manage VMware, System Updates and Servers.

Requirements:

• Advanced knowledge of Windows 10, Active Directory and other Windows Server services
• Advanced knowledge of Microsoft 365
• Knowledge of networking, Firewall and Security Systems
• Knowledge of virtual machines – VMware
• Experience with Ticket environments / Asset management Systems
• Knowledge on Hardware support.
• Excellent command of English is a must - written and spoken; French is an important asset.
• Bachelor’s degree in IT or equivalent by experience
• Very strong work ethic; attention to detail; self-motivated; positive and can-do attitude
• You are communicative, inquisitive and a real team player.
